In light of the Prime Minister's announcement , we are sad to say that our hotel will be closing from Thursday 5th November as part of the National Lockdown, until 2nd December.
We aim to be in touch with all of our affected customers over the course of the week and we will be doing this in date order.
So, if you have an upcoming booking during this period, we would ask that you either cancel via the company with whom you made your original booking, or wait for the hotel to get in touch with you.

How we plan to welcome you back
We’re looking forward to seeing you!
It’s been a difficult time for us, just as I’m sure it has been for you, but we’re excited to welcome you back.
Here are some of the measures we’ve put in place so you can relax and enjoy our Bespoke hospitality at 54 Queen's Gate Hotel.
You’ll find more of some things, and less of others.
First things first. We’ve been rigorous in our introduction of extra cleaning measures to make our
spaces as safe as possible. Our teams have all received Covid 19 awareness training , and they will complete a health questionnaire and temperature-check every day before starting work.
You’ll find additional signage and sanitising stations at key points around the hotel, plus our team
members will, at all times, carry their own sanitiser.
Unfortunately, we won’t automatically be able to offer a luggage service – though we will, of course, help if you are physically unable to manage your luggage yourself. There won’t be any magazines or newspapers lying around. The cups and glasses in our bedrooms will be single use. Menus will be disposable or wipeable.

Social distancing guidelines will be important for us all, so please don’t take offence if you get a
reminder from our teams – we know how easy it is to forget as we work our way back to a more
normal life. And you must also feel free to express any concerns you have.
Please do feel assured that the safety of our guests and staff is our absolute priority. We are putting in place a full set of protocols, but we intend to do our absolute best to serve and spoil you, our fabulous, loyal guests like never before.
