54 Queen’s Gate Hotel is centrally located close to Kensington Gardens, South Kensington and Gloucester Road underground stations. Although we don't possess any dedicated meeting rooms on site, several of our bedrooms can be used as a meetings space. We offer comfortable, modern en suite rooms – from single accommodation to large double rooms – and we can accommodate groups of up to 42 guests.
In order to assist you and provide the best available group rates we will need to know:
- Your requirements
- Number of guests
- The purpose of your visit
- Required type of accommodation
- Your budget
- Any other relevant information
Standard Group Reservation Terms and Conditions:
To confirm a group booking, a deposit of 50% will be charged within 48 hours of confirmation. If the deposit is not received within a week of confirmation, we reserve the right to cancel the booking automatically and all associated accommodation will be released.
The remaining balance is required to be settled at least 14 days prior to arrival.
Group payments can be made by bank transfer, cheques from UK banks, or by credit card and UK debit cards. (All credit card payments are subject to a 2% credit card surcharge and payments by bank transfer are subject to payment of all bank charges).
A different cancellation policy will apply to ‘group bookings’. However, should the number of guests in your party fall below 6 rooms, this will no longer be classified as a 'group booking' and will be subject to re-pricing.
